- The owner and director of the company Mr. D. Choustoulakis belongs to the 3rd generation of a family in the production and marketing of meat, and holds a diploma of the School of Meat-Related Occupations of Athens as Butcher and Skinner.
- The company has produced its own meat since 1970; in 1980 it was awarded the National Productivity Award.
- We select stockbreeding units with which we cooperate using strict criteria to offer our consumers excellent quality.
- We have control over raw materials from production to the manufacturing process, ensuring that all steps are harmonized with EU directives.
- We are constantly informed about technological developments in the meat sector and in turn inform our consumers.
